Plant-based diets: Really?

The new Netflix documentary "The Game Changers" seems to be the talk of the town, laying out a fairly compelling argument for moving to a plant-based diet. Testimonials from a number of successful athletes (including 'the Arnold' himself) added credibility and made it all the more interesting. But as with any media, we should read between the lines and research a bit more before drastically changing our diets. Below are links to a few good articles with relevant facts that can help inform your view on the value of plant-based diets. As a portuguese man with a passion for all things meat, I especially liked one sentence from the Harvard article: "For heart health protection, your diet needs to focus on the quality of plant foods, and it's possible to benefit by reducing your consumption of animal foods without completely eliminating them from your diet."
